Kuchen (German)

4 c. flour (or more to make it a rolling crust)
1 level tsp. baking powder
1 c. cream
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
The above ingredients are for the crust.

Topping: 1 c. cream
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs

Slice apples and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Bake in a 400 degree oven
