Rhubarb Dessert

2 c. flour
1 c. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar

Mix like pie dough
Press in large cake pan and bake 10 min at 325 degrees.
Take out and put on the following topping:
6 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
1 grated orange rind (optional)
5 Tbsp. flour
5 c. chopped rhubarb
Bake 50 min or longer at 325 degree's
Take from oven and top with:
6 egg whites beaten stiff
A little salt
12 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Bake 15 min. at 350 degree's
