Pea Soup

1 Ham bone or pork hock
3-4 potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 pt carrots, peeled and chopped
stalk of celery, chopped
3/4 bag dried peas
water
salt and pepper
Place bone in a large cooking pot. Add vegetables and water. Cook 2-3 hours on low heat.
